Hello, I’m Miri, welcome to my creative space!

I was born in south Wales in 1999, and since
then I've done a lousy job of growing up
and letting go of my childish side. I
adore bright colours, magical settings,
cute characters, and, of course, the
occasional Pixar film (one of my
main inspirations)
As an Illustration graduate and
generally creative person, art is
on my mind 24/7! I love designing
characters and exploring how to depict
personalities and narratives without words,
especially as I believe that art should be able
to transcend language barriers, as well as auditory and reading difficulties.
What is my goal as an artist?
I would like to explore as many different
areas of illustration as I possibly can;
including concept art, picture books,
video games, editorial, and more
I also enjoy experimenting with
other mediums, such as
photography, embroidery,
and animation! I am bilingual, fluent
in English and Welsh, which has
allowed me to work on projects
in both languages in the past. I also have
my own Etsy shop where I sell stickers, and
will also be adding prints and embroidered wall art!
